LPG Gas Transfer Pump

  • Energy Saving
  • High Efficiency
  • Environmental Protection

The LPG Gas Transfer Pump is mainly used in urban liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) filling stations as ground suction pumps to supply LPG to gas dispensers; it can also be used in residential gas supply and other places where LPG needs to be pumped from underground tanks.

Structure Features of LPG Gas Transfer Pump

a. This LPG gas transfer pump is a single-suction cantilever structure of a twin-screw pump. It is a small flow pump fit for transferring LPG in gas station.

b. In this structure, the two screws of the LPG pump do not contact each other in the bushing, and a constant gap is maintained between the tooth sides.

c. The transmission of the two screws is completed by synchronous gears. There is separate lubrication in the gearbox, separated from the working chamber of the pump.

Application

This twin screw pump is used for conveying liquids such as unloading, filling, and pouring tanks.

When used in the filling station, it is used as the process system pump of the LPG filling station equipped with the above-ground and underground storage tanks.

This LPG pump is mainly used as a ground suction pump in the urban LPG filling station to supply the gas filling machine. LPG; can also be used in residential gas supply and other places where LPG needs to be pumped from underground tanks.

Performance range of

LPG Gas Transfer Pump

  • 1. Flow: 0.1~100 m3/h

    2. Inlet pressure: allowable maximum negative pressure -0.08 MPa

    3. Outlet pressure: ≤ 3.0 MPa

    4. Suction height: 5~7 m

    5. Speed: 700~1500 r/min

The import and export direction of the LPG pump is determined by the user. If there are no special requirements, our company recommends the structure of top-in and last-out (code “i”).
