Rotary Lobe Pump

Rotary Lobe Pump

The rotary lobe pump is a self-priming, valveless, positive displacement pump. During operation, small cavities are continuously formed between the rotor and the pump casing. The medium filled in the cavity is continuously pushed from the inlet end to the outlet end by the rotating rotor. The medium flows continuously from the inlet to the outlet without the need to install a valve. When the rotor is at rest, the pump is almost completely sealed.
Rotary lobe pumps are designed to meet the specific requirements of the application. Whether equipped with transmission as a submersible unit or as a mobile pump on a tanker, the rotary lobe pump can meet the requirements in a unique way.

Features

The rotary lobe pump is assembled integrally with a coupling, making the volume smaller, reducing the floor space, compact structure, and outsourcing stainless steel. Performance optimization: The coupling is integrally assembled to reduce the power consumption, noise and wear and tear of the elastic coupling and improve the work efficiency, resulting in the highest efficiency, minimum internal sliding and longer service life.

Application field

Petroleum application
Crude oil, heavy oil, heavy oil, fuel oil, polymers, suspended solids, latex and soft-water-solid mixtures are extracted, stored and transported. Aidi delivery pump has strong wear resistance, anti-cavitation, flow rate up to 1200m³/h, and can transport high-viscosity media.

Municipal application
Metering lime slurry, activated carbon, flocculant, conveying primary sludge, thickened sludge, digested sludge, water sludge, sedimentation sludge, scum and de-cemented cake, etc.

Fire application
Strong self-priming and high lift are suitable for long-distance fire-fighting water intake in rivers and lakes.

Paper application
Pulp, suspension, printing and dyeing slurries, coatings, fibers, inks, viscose, etc.

food application
Jam, dairy products, fiber syrup, syrup and food raw materials, raw liquid, etc. Vacuum suction, backwashing, pickling and sediment discharge.

ship dock
Ship sewage, bilge sludge, marine oil, conveying crude oil, lubricating oil, chemical raw materials, etc.
